CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds, less a $150 administrative fee, will be made for registration cancellations received in writing by email (send to vendors@handbellmusicians.org) until June 15, 2024. Cancellations made after June 15, 2024, for any reason (including medical issues, family emergencies, etc.) are non-refundable. SHOWCASE RESERVATIONS: Companies that completed and submitted an Intent to Exhibit Form indicating their wish for a showcase will be guaranteed a spot if they register by January 31, 2024. After that date, showcases will be available to those who did not submit a form.
