AGEHR Grant Fund Application
Applicant Criteria
Please make sure you have reviewed and understand the grant guidelines prior to completing this application. A copy of the guidelines are available at http://handbellmusicians.org/grants-giving/grant-guidelines. Applications are accepted year round but only reviewed in the Spring, usually between February and April. Awards will be announced in May or June and recipients will be recognized at our annual National Seminar event in July.
1. Applicants must be full members of Handbell Musicians of America.
2. The purpose of the grant must support the mission and vision of Handbell Musicians of America (which can be found in the About Us section of our website.)
3. Applicants must demonstrate that other sources of funding have been secured.

Project Budget-Grant Request: What is the amount you are requesting from this grant? Provide a detailed budget and specifics of what expenses this grant will be used to cover. List equipment needed and associated costs. *
Project Description: Describe the project in detail and include information about participants, goals and objectives, evaluation of outcome, and timeline. Identify Program Area. Include brief history of sponsoring organization. *
Project Rationale: Describe the rationale for the project and how the project meets the mission of Handbell Musicians of American and the specific Program Area requirements. *
Project Participants: Describe project participants, their qualifications, musical education, musical goals and how they will participate in the proposed project. *
Project Outcome: Describe how project will be evaluated and assessed upon completion. Discuss plans for equipment usage and maintenance after project is complete. *
