Event Venue

Event check-in opens on Tuesday, July 14 at 11:00 AM at the Sharonville Convention Center.

Hotels
The primary event hotel is the Delta Hotel by Marriott, located at 11320 Chester Road. There are rooms available in our block at the Delta, which are $149 per night. Reservations must be made by June 23, 2026, to receive this rate. To book at the Delta, follow this link.
The secondary event hotel, which has a smaller room block that is already sold out, is the Hyatt Place Sharonville Convention Center, located at 11345 Chester Road.
As HMA has financial commitments to these properties for National Seminar, we appreciate you staying at one of the two event hotels.

Ground Transportation from the Cincinnati Northern Kentucky International Airport
HMA has arranged for a reduced rate for airport ground transportation from CVG (Cincinnati Northern Kentucky International Airport) with Executive Transportation. $50 one-way per person/$75 round-trip per person
How to Reserve
- Go to www.executivetransportation.org
- Click "Reserve Now"
- Enter "Handbell Musicians" in the Promo Code field
- Select "Shuttle (shared ride)" in the vehicle type required
Upon arrival at the CVG airport, go to the Executive Transportation desk located in the baggage claim area at the end of luggage carousel 4 where their staff will greet you. |

Hymn Festival
Hyde Park Community United Methodist Church (1345 Grace Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45208) is presenting a free Hymn Festival on Monday, July 13 at 7:00 PM, which kicks-off our National Seminar! This 60-minute event will feature interactive hymn arrangements and repertoire that highlights and exemplifies the creative use of handbells and chimes in traditional and contemporary worship settings.
Hymn Festival Transportation
HMA has arranged for buses to transport attendees between the Sharonville Convention Center for the Hymn Festival. The event hotels are both located in walking distance to the Convention Center. Pre-registration is required to take the bus.
How Do I Sign up for the Hymn Festival Bus?
When you registered for classes there was a question asking whether you would like to use provided transportation to the Hymn Festival.
- If you clicked "Yes" then you are already on the list. You will be contacted by email to confirm.
- If you have not registered for classes yet you may do so by CLICKING HERE.
- If you do not remember your answer to the transportation question, send an email to info@handbellmusicians.org and we will assist.

Welcome Reception
On Tuesday, July 14 at 4:45 PM event attendees are invited to Handbell Commons for our Welcome Reception, sponsored by Malmark Bells, Inc. This one-hour reception includes heavy hors d'oeuvres, drinks (available for purchase), and opportunities to visit our Exhibiting Partners throughout Handbell Commons and spend time with new and old handbell friends! |

Happy Hours will be held in Handbell Commons. Light hors d'oeuvres will be provided and drinks will be available for purchase.

Banquet Luncheon
On Saturday, July 18 at 12:00 PM, Handbell Musicians of America is hosting a luncheon for National Seminar attendees. During this event, we will honor our outgoing National and Area board members, and announce the newest recipients of Handbell Musicians of America's most prestigious designation, Honorary Life Membership. This distinction is reserved for individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the art of handbell ringing. In HMA’s 70-year history, only 41 people have received this honor to date.
